Varicella

This is the back of a 7 year old girl with varicella. Her brother had recently had the disease.

Burned Foot

This Guatemalan patient presented three days after spilling boiling water on her foot. Over that time the bullae had continued to expand and her pain increased. The only treatment she had administered was to clean it with toothpaste.

The patient refused to be transferred to the hospital and was given dicloxaciilin for infection prophlyaxis.
