Burned Foot

This Guatemalan patient presented three days after spilling boiling water on her foot. Over that time the bullae had continued to expand and her pain increased. The only treatment she had administered was to clean it with toothpaste.

The patient refused to be transferred to the hospital and was given dicloxaciilin for infection prophlyaxis.

Contact Dermatitis

A stripe of contact dermatitis caused by exposure to poison ivy. Note the linear shape left by brushing against the plant.
